Time for Change.
What’s the definition of insanity?
Doing the same thing over and over, expecting a different result.
Shifting Gears
You get the picture… old ways will not open new doors 😏
If you feel like you are spinning your wheels, or you are stuck in a holding pattern in life wondering “Is this it for me?”, chances are you are in need of a few things…
- A shift in your perspective.
- Insight and clarity around what it is you truly want out of life.
- To change or eliminate old habits that no longer get serve you.
- To believe in your ability to live the life you have always desired.
Be The Driver
First, stop looking to the outside world either to fix itself or to hand you opportunities.
Second, it is up to YOU to take the bold step.
Third, you have to WANT what you desire to change and/or to create.
Finally, MAKE IT HAPPEN!
Also, if it feels daunting or scary, that’s totally normal. In fact, any time a major shift happens in anyone’s life, there can be a healthy sense of fear.
However, it’s a good fear (counter-intuitive, I know).
In Summary, what this means is that you are ready to push past the limits that hold you down.
Moreover, you are finally ready to let go of the anchor that tethers you to your past, or to your mistakes, or to your failures, or to your old ways.
Reach Out for Support
Most importantly, you are not in this alone! For example, go to a trusted friend. Possibly reach out to your community for support. Alternatively, hire a coach to help you in your journey to the other side of this uncertainty.
As a rule, don’t ignore the same old same old feeling you have lived with for far too long.
Fortunately, doors DO open when you are ready to take one tiny step.
